About the Team:

Grow together, minister and serve together, play together, pray together, fail together, cry and laugh together and become victorious together. Small Groups are the place for people to experience and participate in the life and ministry of Jesus. We become partners in the Gospel in Small Groups, and they provide a “place to belong” in the larger church. Small Groups do this over time through gathering, growing, and going.

Qualifications:

• Able to gather people
• Warm and welcoming presence
• Meet/connect with a pastor to discuss plan for group
• Commitment to VOTR

• Various times & places
• Groups run in the spring, summer common interest groups, and fall
