Grace & Truth

In John 1 we read that Jesus came to dwell among us full of grace & truth. As we look to be more like Jesus, Natalie will walk us through our 2x2 grid for this series to remind us that both His grace and His truth is for us. But it doesn’t stop there— we can share that same grace and truth to the world around us.

Pursuing God Together

Jeff continues our series by looking at possibly the worst marriage in biblical history: Ahab & Jezebel. What happens when you put a ‘passive man’ with a ‘controlling woman’? It’s disastrous! Thankfully, the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ allows us to experience transformation. Listen in as we explore ‘what NOT to do’ and how we can live into the promises of God instead.

Remember the Poor

As we continue to move our way through the book of Galatians, we see that we’re called into greater responsibilities. What an honor and a privilege for the Lord to entrust us with bringing his Kingdom to the world around us. Natalie shares that we all have responsibilities in the kingdom and one of them is to keep serving the poor.

Work

Natalie continues our series by looking at the word: Work. The world has given us all the reasons to grumble and complain about our work, but when we look at the scriptures, we read about the ability to rejoice in our work. As we look to the scriptures we have a clear invitation to respond differently than the world around us. Listen in as Natalie talks about how our work can be a testimony to the world around us, demonstrating our salvation.

As a church, we are invited to join God’s mission of transforming ALL things, even our own souls. Natalie will walk us through how we can find healing with the Lord in the deepest part of our being and our hope for our church to be a place where people can come with all their anxieties, stressors, and fears and leave filled with the peace of Lord.

As Long As It Takes

The poetic book of Habakkuk closes with a beautiful song that points out three things we can do to keep our faith in the Lord, even when everything around us is feeling desolate, empty, and dry. Repetition in our spiritual life, remembering the Lord’s presence and work in our lives, and rejoicing in our salvation are three things Habakkuk prioritized to live a life of faith and hope in the Lord.
