The most spiritually mature people I know have this in common: they recognize their desperate and immediate need for God. God promises to bless those who are ‘poor in spirit,’ but what does that mean? How can we live it out? And has it been done before? Listen in as we seek God together, praying for a deeper spiritual maturity.

What did Paul mean when he wrote: “Be Anxious For Nothing…” Is this a promise? Is it only for heaven or can we experience it today? What would my life look like with less anxiety and more peace? As we study Philippians 4 together let’s learn about and put into practice the spiritual disciplines of: "Pause, Pray, and Praise."
